Mr. Fennell brings a unique set of skills and experience to Web Team Pros. In his 20+ year career, he has moved from programming, design, analysis, and project planning, into management and decision making positions. After working for a top consulting company, and 9+ years with the largest privately held payroll processor in the country, Mr. Fennell turned his attention to relationship marketing, the Internet, and e-commerce. Mr. Fennell was Technical Director and the primary developer for an international e-commerce, network marketing company, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the internal and external systems that made up the foundation of the company's business, including development of internal systems, web sites, development policies and procedures, and management of outsourced development resources. Keeping teams running smoothly through organization and communication is one of his strongest abilities.

After successfully merging the e-commerce company with a larger, multinational company, Mr. Fennell helped create a company named United Web Centers, LLC, and a year and a half later, started his own company, Web Team Professionals, Inc. "It is extremely rewarding to be able to provide the same level of service to small businesses that previously was only available to large companies with large budgets," says Mr. Fennell. "Partnering with small businesses to help them succeed is what we're all about." Mr. Fennell has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from the University of New Hampshire. His greatest value, however, is in his ability to translate the management directions of corporate teams into the systems needed to turn ideas into reality.
