We were pleasantly surprised when we were contacted by Miss Rona Barrett, former Hollywood gossip columnist and pioneer of entertainment industry reporting, but not as surprised as we were when be began to learn about why she called us. When Rona left Hollywood for the peace and beauty of the Santa Ynez Valley, she created and ran a working 40 acre lavender ranch. There she manages Luvland Farms, growing over six varieties of lavender. The lavender is used in her own line of spa-quality skincare products and innovative food products, (yes, lavender in food products!), marketed by her company, Miss Rona's Lavender.

Rona contacted Web Team Pros because she was interested in starting a new sales channel for her products, allowing associates from around the country to resell her products through home parties. We began working with Rona and her team to develop a compensation plan for her associates, and immediately began designing everything she would need for this new sales channel. We designed and created the dynamically generated web sites that every associate receives to give people information about the products and the company and to sell products and sign up new associates right online. We designed and built the support systems for the associates to be able to manage their customers, their orders, and their teams.
